Mexico Industries & Manufacturing Hubs

Mexico vs China Manufacturing Shipping and Logistics Costs

Over a decade ago manufacturing companies wouldn't hesitate to say that China and other overseas manufacturing locations were hands-down cheaper than anywhere in the world. That is no longer the case.

USMCA vs NAFTA: Major changes

With the recent U.S.-China trade war, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) going in to effect and the covid-19 outbreak more global manufacturing companies are expanding into Mexico to be part of the nearshore network of North American manufacturing and supply.

Industrial real estate: Site options

Industrial Real Estate in Tijuana and Mexico is competitive, cost-effective and gives you the strategic North American location you need.

Proven Turnkey solutions to get started in Mexico: Shelter IMMEX Program

CPI’s Shelter Company Program is designed for manufacturing companies who want a cost effective and quick way to start manufacturing in Mexico.
